June 4, 2026 – This forum will bring together municipal leaders, downtown managers, and community partners to explore practical, achievable strategies for transit-friendly planning and transit-oriented development (TOD).

May 28, 2026 – Join us for a dynamic panel discussion on how downtowns can move beyond passive foot traffic and create intentional reasons for people to visit, stay, and return. This session will explore events, programming, and placemaking strategies that increase dwell time, support local businesses, and build year-round energy in downtown districts.

Our upcoming programming will continue to focus on timely issues, practical tools, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for downtown managers, municipal leaders, small businesses, and revitalization partners.
