DNJ and Gensler hosted an interactive workshop about the strategic planning process. The workshop covered all of the “Strategic Planning 101” basics, as well as tips and tools for creating a vision and actionable plan to move your organization and downtown forward. We’ll also broke out into small groups to further explore the challenges and opportunities to creating a strategic plan.

After the workshop, we held an informal networking happy hour in Downtown Morristown.
