Streetworks Development, the real estate division of HBC, has recently been designated the redeveloper for several key sites in Westfield, including the prominent Lord & Taylor property, as part of a comprehensive re-imagination of Westfield’s downtown. During this panel, Streetworks SVP Richard Heapes – alongside Westfield Mayor Shelley Brindle, and noted urban planners and economic development experts – will discuss how they are approaching large-scale placemaking in the midst of COVID-19 to ensure that Westfield’s downtown can serve as a sustainable and vibrant destination for residents, businesses, and shoppers/visitors long into the future.
