While successful downtown development and TOD helps decrease traffic, the associated environmental impacts, and the dependence on motor vehicles, providing the “right” amount of safe, user friendly, and convenient parking is vital to the appeal, success, and economic feasibility of these projects. Hear from New Jersey parking professionals regarding how the pandemic has impacted downtown parking demand, planning, utilization, revenues, and technology.
