SUMMARY:NJBAC's Virtual ‘Resources for Growth’ Summit
DESCRIPTION:The New Jersey Business Action Center (NJBAC)\, a no-cost\, con
 fidential “business-first” resource housed within the New Jersey Depar
 tment of State\, announced today that it is hosting a special six-part\, i
 nteractive virtual learning series designed to provide New Jersey business
 es and nonprofits with the latest information to support recovery from dis
 ruptions caused by COVID-19.\n\nThe series runs from April 20 – May 13 a
 nd will cover several fundamental topics\, including financial resources\,
  technical assistance\, tips for obtaining government contracts\, COVID-19
  safety protocols and resources for nonprofits.\n\nRegistration is free to
  the public and participants can join the webinars or sign up for individu
 al sessions\, based on topics that are of interest.\n\nStrategically timed
  around National Small Business Week (May 3-9\, 2021)\, the NJBAC is partn
 ering with various organizations and associations on the series\, includin
 g the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA)\, the Small Busine
 ss Administration (SBA)\, the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJD
 OT)\, among others.\n\nTopics for the series include:\n\n 	“Resources fo
 r Nonprofits” – Tuesday\, April 20 at 12 p.m. ET.\n 	“Government Pro
 curement – Making Government Your Customer” – Thursday\, April 22 at
  12 p.m. ET.\n 	“Technical Assistance Opportunities” – Tuesday\, Apr
 il 27 at 12 p.m. ET.\n 	“Financial Resources” – Thursday\, April 29 
 at 12 p.m. ET.\n 	“COVID Safety in the Workplace” – Tuesday\, May 11
  at 12 p.m. ET.\n 	“Let These Government Services Help You” – Thursd
 ay\, May 13 at 12 p.m. ET.\n\nThe webinars will be streamed live\, and the
  slides and the recordings will be circulated to all registrants after the
  webcasts. Guests will be invited to ask questions and participate in the
