 unities to spur economic development\, generate jobs\, increase property v
 alues\, and develop community needed land uses. Discover how to transform 
 these properties into downtown assets.\n\nRepresentatives from The NJ Bro
 wnfields Assistance Center @ NJIT will discuss how to plan for\, fund\, a
 nd redevelop these potentially contaminated properties\, as well as where 
 you can get free technical assistance.\n\nAs always\, all participants wil
