SUMMARY:Downtown Management Forum: NJ Incentive Program Debrief
DESCRIPTION:The State of NJ is in the process of implementing several progr
 ams that your downtown could benefit from are moving toward implementation
 . NJEDA’s Maggie Peters will provide an overview of the Main Street Rec
 overy Finance Program\, including the Small Business Lease Assistance Gran
 t and the Small Business Improvement Grant\, both of which should hit the 
 streets in September or October. We’ll also be joined by Tracy Frederick
 s of the NJ Urban Enterprise Zone to fill us in on the new legislation p
 assed in August.\n\nAs always\, all participants will be invited to join i
 n a conversation about the topic after the main presentation. We hope you 
 will come ready to ask questions and share your experiences with these pro
