DESCRIPTION:The COVID 19 pandemic has left many downtown organizations with
  budget shortfalls\, either from special event cancellations\, stalled mem
 bership drives or fundraising events that have been postponed. Board membe
 rs are asking how to we readjust our downtown organization’s budget to d
 eal with these new and changing realities? This conversation will be led b
 y Donna Ann Harris of Heritage Consulting Inc.\, a Philadelphia based fir
 m that works nationally in downtown and commercial district revitalization
 . Over the years Donna has worked with many Main Street New Jersey communi
 ties on board training and development\, fundraising and strategic plannin
 g. Donna will provide insights about the board’s role in financial overs
 ight\, and give some tips about making cuts to your budget if absolutely n
 ecessary. Please come with questions for Donna and your peers on the call.
