SUMMARY:Downtown Management Forum: Do Your Ordinances Say You’re Open for
  Business?
DESCRIPTION:Towns should be looking at their ordinances now to ensure they 
 fully support their businesses’ ability to adapt to social distancing ex
 pectations. Some communities are looking at street closures\, enabling exp
 ansion of restaurant/retail into parking lots\, relaxing sign rules\, revi
 sing on-street parking rules to enable pick-up and delivery\, etc. Others 
 are also working to revise use restrictions to provide flexibility in fill
 ing anticipated vacancies. The discussion will be led by Bob Zuckerman\, P
 resident of Downtown New Jersey and Executive Director of Downtown Westfi
 eld. Please come prepared to share your ideas.\n\nTo ensure security durin
 g the ZOOM meeting\, registration is required. Please register at least 30
