April 28, 2023 – We were joined be on-the-ground experts for a discussion about parklet best practices.

March 10, 2023 – We brought together a panel of experts from federal, state, and non-profit entities to discuss available funding and incentive programs and how they can be used in downtowns to support small businesses, redevelopment, planning, and infrastructure projects.

November 15, 2022 – We convened at the NJ League of Municipalities Conference for a discussion about re-envisioning the public Right-of-Way to activate and revitalize your downtown.

June 24, 2022 – Downtown enthusiasts joined us for the return of our in-person “lunch & learn” Downtown Management Forum, where we discussed ways to cultivate the arts in your downtown with representatives from ArtPride NJ and the NJ State Council on the Arts.

May 18, 2022 – From Downtown New Jersey, NJTOD.org, and NJ Transit’s Transit Friendly Planning program’s TOD in Your Downtown forum series, a panel of experts from public and private entities to discuss their experience rethinking the right-of-way (ROW).
