DESCRIPTION:This NJLM webinar will discuss the implications of legalized ca
 nnabis for adult recreational use and medical use in the workplace. Attent
 ion will be paid to the newly adopted constitutional amendment and resulta
 nt legislation governing adult recreational use of cannabis\, employee’s
  rights\, and employer obligations\, including implications for CDL and/or
  law enforcement. In addition\, this seminar will explore the intersection
  of cannabis use for medical purposes\, employee rights and employer oblig
