New Jersey is struggling with outdated infrastructure, congested roads, and polluted water… but solutions are within reach. Learn about how redevelopment is the best way to achieve efficient, equitable, and sustainable growth in our state at New Jersey Future’s Redevelopment Forum. We hope to see you March 8 in New Brunswick!

DNJ’s own Robert Goldsmith (Board President), Don Sammet (Board Member), and Courtenay Mercer (Executive Director) will be featured in panels at this year’s conference.  Stop by to hear about:

Ignite! Redevelopment – This red-hot session will feature a series of 20-slides-in-five-minutes presentations on interesting and offbeat topics related to redevelopment.

Virtues of Vice? – As New Jersey’s economy continues to adapt to changing social norms and culture, more and more towns are faced with decisions about how to include, or not include, “vices” in their communities. This panel will look at how municipalities can plan for marijuana dispensaries, vape shops, additional liquor licenses, and other vices in ways that meet their individual needs.
